Location : Sadar, Nagpur (Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with TDS and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee payment records.
• Record and reconcile payment entries and expense transactions.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and returns accurately and on time.
• Assist in ESIC and EPF compliance and related filings.
• Support in company and tax audit work.
• Maintain accounting records and reports in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
• Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Mandatory
• ESIC, EPF, Payroll Management Preferred
• Zoho Books Experience Preferred
• Company and Tax Audit Exposure Preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
