Accounts Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions using Tally Prime / SAP.
• Assist in maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Post and verify entries related to purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Support the preparation and compilation of data for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and MIS.
• Ensure proper filing, organization, and maintenance of vouchers, bills, and invoices.
• Provide assistance during internal and external audits as required.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Technical Skills

• Basic working knowledge of Tally Prime and/or SAP.
• Sound understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Soft Skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting and finance domain.
