About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record accounting entries in Zoho Books(Preferred).
- Process vendor invoices and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in audits and financial reporting.
Eligibility
- B.Com/M.Com (preferred).
- 03 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
- Experience with Zoho Books is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Bookkeeping and reconciliations
- GST & TDS basics
