Summary of the Position:

Designation: Account Assistant

Department: Accounts

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Location: Mumbai - Andheri (W)

Job Profile:

• Handle creditors payments and reconciliation.
• Prepare TDS workings and file TDS returns.
• Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle purchase and expense booking in the accounting system.
• Perform day-to-day accounting and financial data entries.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in other accounts, GST and statutory compliance activities as required.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounts.
• Good knowledge of TDS, GST, bank reconciliation and accounting entries.
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage routine accounting activities independently.
