Key Responsibilities

• Invoice & Billing Management. Prepare and issue accurate invoices to guests, corporate clients, travel agents, and other business partners

Ensure timely posting of all revenues in the Property Management System (PMS) and accounting software. Verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies or disputes

• Collections & Payment Follow-up. Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments. Send reminders and follow up with clients on overdue accounts

Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Finance teams for settlement of guest bills and corporate accounts. Maintain good relationships with clients while ensuring adherence to hotel credit policies 3. Reconciliation & Reporting. Reconcile AR accounts regularly, including deposits, credit card settlements, and direct bill accounts. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and collections. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports for management review, Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

• Compliance & Internal Controls, Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies, statutory regulations, and internal control procedures. Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reporting. Support the Finance team during internal and external audits
