Accounts Assistant- GL (R2R)

Roles & responsibilities:

• Processing General Ledger activities - sales invoices/credit notes,
• Bank receipts/payments, credit card expenses, journal entries and prepare bank/sales/balance sheet reconciliations.
• Generate/prepare financial statements/reports.
• Good working knowledge in TDS & GST
• Perform Quality Check.
• Assist in month end closing.
• Completing general ledger processes as per applicable laws, regulations, standards and statutory compliance.
• Completing assigned tasks within SLA and Maintaining high level of accuracy in Processing.
• Guide and resolve queries of Grade 1 Associates.
• Email Management (Internal\External)- Managing day to day Emails.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in General Ledger process
• Graduate in B.Com
• Moderate Excel skills (Pivots, tables, basic formulae).
• Basic knowledge in MS Office Apps - Word, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams.
• Accounting Software Proficiency
• Candidates who have worked in BPO/KPO, ITES, Accounting Industry would be added advantage.
