Accounts and Taxation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts and Taxation Manager to oversee and manage our organization's accounting, taxation, and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, coupled with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• GST Returns: Prepare and file GST returns promptly, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• TDS Returns: Handle the preparation and submission of TDS returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.
• Payroll Accounting: Manage payroll accounting processes, including salary disbursement, deductions, and reporting
• PF and ESI Returns: Prepare and file PF and ESI returns, ensuring all statutory obligations are met.
• Conduct regular audits of financial and statutory records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities as required.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments in company practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or equivalent professional qualifications (CA Inter/ICWA Inter).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
