Accounts and MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial and operational data in MS Excel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, IFERROR, etc.
• Create and maintain Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and basic data analysis.
• Maintain records of invoices, expenses, payments, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with basic accounting entries and ledger reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for required financial/data information.
• Ensure accuracy of reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform other accounts and MIS-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of Excel formulas and functions.
• Good knowledge of Pivot Tables.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles.
• Understanding of debit/credit, journal entries, ledger, invoices, and reconciliation.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
