Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage the companys accounting, financial reporting, taxation, project costing, cash flow, statutory compliance and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow statements and financial reports.
• Monitor project-wise costing, profitability, budgets and cost control.
• Manage accounts receivable, payable, collections, vendor payments and bank reconciliation.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
• Monitor project expenses, material purchases, labour costs and overheads.
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, bills, expenses and payment requests.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, inventory and project transactions.
• Coordinate with project, purchase, stores and sales teams for accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow forecasts and management reports for decision-making.
• Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Monitor receivables and follow up with customers for timely collections.
• Support budgeting, financial planning and business cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting and taxation laws.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, accounting and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication and leadership skills.
