Accounts And Finance Manager

Experience: 2-4 years post-CA
Industry Preference: Operations-intensive (Logistics / Transportation / Manufacturing / E-commerce / Supply Chain)

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Finance Manager with a strong foundation in accounting, statutory compliance, and operational finance. The ideal candidate will have post-CA experience in transaction-heavy, operations-intensive environmentslogistics or transportation background is a strong plus. You will own critical finance routines including weekly MIS, monthly closing, fixed asset management, payroll, and statutory payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present weekly flash MIS covering key financial metrics (revenue, cash flow, EBITDA, working capital, volume-based KPIs).
• Highlight variances vs. budget/forecast with actionable insights for leadership.
• Lead end-to-end monthly book closure process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) within defined timelines.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST (GSTR-1, 3B, reconciliations with GSTR-2A/2B).
• Manage PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory deductions and payments.
• Coordinate for tax audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with operations teams to drive cost efficiency and working capital improvement.

Key Requirements

• Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Must have worked in an operations-intensive, transaction-heavy company (Logistics / Transportation / E-commerce / Manufacturing / 3PL / Fleet Management / Warehousing).
• Logistics or transportation background is highly desirable.
• Hands-on with accounting, taxation (GST, TDS), and payroll compliance.
• High ownership, process-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
