Salary up to 3.5 Lac to 4.0 Lac

Job Profile

Daily bill passing in Oracle ERP: Invoices received from suppliers towards Raw Material, Services, Contractors etc.

Journal Vouchers: Mannual vouchers, Supplier Debit/Credit Note, & other employee related entries.

Candidate must be familiar with MS Excel with basic formulas like V-lookup, Pivot Table etc.

Taxation: Candidate should be aware of basic taxes i.e. TDS, GST, TCS & Income Tax etc.

Managing Bank Reconciliation and Cash Flow on Daily basis.

Payment Scheduling: Prepare timely weekly/monthly payment cycles for vendors as per PO terms.

Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor ledgers quarterly to resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable: Raising manual invoices when required, Receipt booking and application with respective invoices.

Monthly Reports: Monthly reports like Creditors Aging, Debtors Aging, Prepaid, Related Party Transactions, & other audit leads related to books closure
