About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to oversee and manage the financial operations and accounting functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, provide financial insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Scope and responsibilities:
•Manage and oversee the day to day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
•Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and statutory regulations.
•Ensure timely filing of tax returns (e.g., GST, TDS, income tax) and compliance with local tax laws.
• Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, banking operations, and investment activities.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
• Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team to ensure high performance and skill development.

Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
•Education qualification - Chartered Accountant/Inter CA
•5-8 years of post-qualification experience in accounts and finance.
•Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Versatile, self-motivated and results driven.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
•Team player to work collaboratively in a cross functional structure.
