Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts finalisation, including preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by filing GST returns on time and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Oversee finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  
• Provide strategic guidance on financial planning and analysis to support business growth.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in accountancy or finance role in an NBFC industry.
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software; knowledge of GST return filing procedures.
• proficiency in written and spoken English
