We are seeking a skilled Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions. This role is ideal for a professional who wants to grow within a fast-expanding trade ecosystem, combining strategic financial management with hands-on accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships, credit limits, documentation, LC coordination, and trade-finance support.
• Lead accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Monitor cash flow, costing, expense control, and treasury-related activities.
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance including GST, TDS, ROC coordination, and related regulatory filings.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and performance dashboards for management review.
• Support audit preparations and liaise with auditors and compliance consultants.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure operational excellence.
• Implement best practices, automation, and process improvements within finance operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Preferred: Candidates holding both CA and CS qualifications.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Tally Prime / Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage execution confidently.

Candidate Preferences

• Experience with import-export or trading-related accounting is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to export documentation or trade finance processes will be beneficial.
