Accounts and Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the financial performance of the company by preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of statutory audits, due diligence reviews, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability through cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in accountancy or finance role within an engineering & construction industry.
• Strong skills in budgeting and forecasting; ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Experience with mis reporting prevention measures; knowledge of relevant laws & regulations (e.g. GAAP).
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
