Accounts And Finance Manager

• Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts function across the organization/group entities.
• Manage financial accounting, reporting, and timely finalization of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, ROC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Handle statutory notices, assessments, queries, and representation before relevant authorities.
• Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance systems, and financial risk management.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Conduct cost control, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and fund management.
• Manage banking relationships and coordinate with financial institutions.
• Prepare financial MIS and provide meaningful financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Monitor the financial performance of group entities and support strategic financial planning.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of financial data and reports.
• Lead and mentor the finance team and ensure effective execution of finance operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and finalization of accounts.
• Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and ROC compliance.
• Experience in handling statutory notices, assessments, and representation before authorities.
• Strong exposure to audit management, internal controls, and risk management.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, banking, treasury, and fund management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial MIS and management reporting.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
