Accounts And Finance Manager

Job Summary :We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance professional to join our team at Carbon Resources Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
