Accounts and Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow to ensure timely payment to vendors and collection from customers.
• Conduct tax audits, prepare income tax returns (ITR), GST returns, and other statutory compliances on time.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization's IT services & consulting business.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions using ERP systems like Excel or other relevant tools.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance role with expertise in Income Tax, Statutory Compliance, TDS/GST.
• Strong knowledge of accountancy principles and practices with proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
• Experience working with ERP systems such as [insert specific system names].
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM) or equivalent qualification.
