Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting, banking operations, taxation compliance, and MIS reporting for our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong real estate industry exposure and be comfortable traveling between Mumbai and Pune as required.
Key Responsibilities
Finalization / Budgeting & MIS
- Assist in account finalization and preparation of periodic financial statements
- Assist in preparation of periodic cash flow statements and MIS reports
Day-to-Day Accounting
- Handle routine day-to-day accounting activities
- Take complete ownership of banking operations, including bank payments and daily bank reconciliation
Banking & Collections
- Liaise with banks for various banking requirements and compliance matters
- Coordinate with the sales team for collection reports and reconciliation
Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in statutory compliance requirements
- Ensure GST compliance
- Ensure direct tax compliance
Other
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting authority
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA
