Accounts And Finance Manager (IC role)

Job Location : Chakala - Andheri East (Mumbai)

Shift Timings: 10am - 7pm / 11am - 8pm

Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA (Semi-CA)/ MBA in Finance

Key Skills: Zoho Books, MS Excel, Accounting, Banking Operations, GST & Taxation

Ideal Candidate: A technically sound accounting professional who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities, banking coordination, reconciliations, and compliance support while ensuring accuracy and timely closure of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international Letters of Credit (LCs), banking activities, FX rate booking, and bank documentation.
• Verify GL accounts and pass journal entries for provisions, CN/DN, TDS, advances, reimbursements, and balance write-offs.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers for account reconciliation and follow-ups.
• Assist in monthly and annual GST compliance, statutory audits, and tax audits.
• Understand and manage FX gain/loss computation and mapping in Zoho Books.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support day-to-day finance operations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting concepts, banking operations, GST, TDS, and foreign exchange.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Team player with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
