Job Summary

The Accounts Intern will assist the Accounts & Finance team with day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, invoice management, data entry, and record maintenance. This internship provides practical exposure to accounting processes and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting entries and financial data management.
• Maintain and organize invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and verification of financial transactions.
• Help prepare and maintain expense statements and supporting documents.
• Update and maintain accounting records in Excel and accounting software.
• Assist with GST-related documentation and basic compliance activities under supervision.
• Verify bills, invoices, and other financial documents for accuracy.
• Support the team in preparing basic financial reports and MIS statements.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Tally, Tally Prime, or other accounting software is an advantage.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Duration: 3 months
• Work Location: Noida, Sector 142
• Learning Opportunities: Practical exposure to accounting operations, financial documentation, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Internship Certificate: Subject to successful completion of the internship and company policy.
