Role Overview

We are looking for Accounts & Finance Executives to support day-to-day accounting operations, sales accounting, reconciliation, GST-related activities, MIS reporting, data validation, and other finance processes.

The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting concepts, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Accounting & Reconciliation

- Perform daily/monthly sales accounting and reconciliation.
- Validate sales data received from different sources.
- Reconcile portal and non-portal sales data.
- Identify and resolve differences in sales, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of accounting and data-related issues.

2. GST & Compliance Support

- Assist in GST-related activities and preparation of data for GSTR-1 and other GST compliances.
- Validate GSTIN, HSN/SAC, tax rates, taxable values, CGST/SGST/IGST and other invoice-level details.
- Support e-invoice and e-way bill-related activities.
- Perform reconciliation between accounting records, GST data, and portal data.
- Assist in handling GST-related queries and documentation.

3. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare regular MIS reports and management reports.
- Perform data validation and analysis before sharing reports with management/auditors.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting workings.
- Work with large datasets using Excel and other tools.

4. Reconciliation & Data Validation

- Perform customer, sales, GST, invoice and other account reconciliations.
- Identify mismatches and follow up with relevant teams.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.

5. Audit Support

- Provide data and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
- Respond to audit-related data requirements.
- Validate supporting data and ensure timely submission of information.
- Assist in resolving  audit observations related to assigned processes.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, filters and data validation.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Basic understanding of GST and invoicing.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Sales Accounting / GST / MIS / Reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.
- Experience with e-invoice/e-way bill processes.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance will be preferred
