Accounts And Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare GST workings and returns, TDS workings, and ensure compliance with other statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct stock reconciliations and support inventory audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and resolution of accounting-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is Mandatory.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
