Accounts and Finance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, AP/AR and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Handle/assist with GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required financial data.
• Ensure accuracy of books, documentation and financial controls.
• Work on ERP, Excel-based reporting and finance process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for finance-related requirements..

Job Requirements :

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in Finance & Accounts / Financial Accounting.
• Good knowledge of MIS, financial reporting, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Hands-on exposure to GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audits.
• Strong MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Tally or other ERP/accounting systems.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, GL and accounting processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
