Accounts and Commercial - AGM or Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Preparing and finalize the monthly & Annual P&L A/c, Balance Sheet.
• To ensure timely statutory compliances for GST/TDS/TCS,
• Prepared & posting of GPWIS Rake Maintenance, Rebate claim & RR Booking, Clearing of Vendors & customers invoices.
• To ensure the control of Receivables & Payables and follow up with respective department for their timely realization.
• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors for the finalization of Books of Accounts.
• Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
• Reconcile the bank accounts, FDs and general ledger accounts as assigned.
• Coordinating Monthly Internal Auditors Review Meeting with respective department.
