Job Purpose & Scope:

Accountability Result Indicator

• Accounting & reporting accuracy
• Timely payables & receivables
• Adherence to compliance
• Ensuring service level(SLA) compliance of outsourcing partner

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant accounting and financial activities.
• Prepare P&L, cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, RM/WIP/FG, and stock reconciliation.
• Handle fixed assets, CapEx, depreciation, and asset verification.
• Support monthly/annual closing, audits, and statutory compliance
• Monitor AP, accruals, provisions, and plant expenses.
• Analyze production efficiency, material consumption, wastage, and operating costs.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in SAP

Education:

• Graduate

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience

Skills & Competencies:

• In depth understanding of accounting concepts
• Able to manage decentralized teams
