Job Title: Accounting Operations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Operations Specialist with strong knowledge of the end-to-end accounting cycle and US accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Handle end-to-end accounting activities and journal entries.
• Manage prepaid and accrual accounting.
• Support balance sheet finalization and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Handle US payroll processing – Mandatory.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Skills: End-to-end accounting, journal entries, prepaid accounting, accrual accounting, balance sheet finalization, financial reporting, and US payroll processing.
