Accounting Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial controls. The role will work closely with management and other departments to ensure accurate financial information and effective financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable,receivables, expenses, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments, and cash flows.
• Coordinate and comply with GST, TDS, income tax, audit, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Review purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense claims, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor costs, margins, expenses, and working capital and provide relevant insights to management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Establish and maintain appropriate financial controls, processes, and documentation.
• Work closely with procurement, sales, production, logistics, and management teams on financial and commercial matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, controls, and overall financial efficiency.
