Contract Period: 06 Months

Educational Qualification

• CA/CS/LLB/MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in banking compliance, accounting, finance, audit, regulatory affairs, or related domains.
• Experience in Cooperative Banking or Financial Institutions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support accounting, financial management, and regulatory compliance functions.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strengthen internal control and compliance mechanisms.
• Review statutory and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Support audit observations, reporting, and implementation of corrective measures.

1. Candidates should possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and report writing is essential.
3. Knowledge of banking regulations, cooperative banking environment, and financial sector reforms will be desirable.
4. The selected candidates will be required to work at Patna NABCONS or any other place decided by Patna NABCONS.
5. The engagement will be purely contractual in nature and shall not confer any right for regular employment in NABCONS or the client organization.

The selection process will comprise:
