Accounting & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations

* Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements

* Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

* Monitor cash flow, expenses and cost control

* Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GAAP/IFRS

* Coordinate GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance

* Manage internal and external audit processes

* Prepare financial analysis and management reports

* Supervise, train and evaluate the accounting team

* Improve finance processes, controls and reporting systems

What Were Looking For

7+ years of progressive accounting & finance experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience with SAP and Advanced MS Excel

Strong understanding of taxation, audit and statutory compliance

Excellent leadership and team-management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy
