along with Management Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Compliance management

related to Corporate Law, Payroll, FEMA, and Taxation.

Role Description

In this role, you will serve as a Virtual Finance Controller for a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. This

position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable insights into different operational models and the challenges they

making a meaningful impact on our clients' financial strategies.

Key Result Areas:

1. Robust Delivery

• Ensuring accounting records are prepared & reviewed in accordance with applicable rules and

regulations.

• Drive transparency with accurate monthly closure of books and timely submission of periodic MIS.

2. Audit, Governance and Risk Management

• Ensuring sound quality of financial statements, tax audit reports and income tax calculations.
• Ensure timely closure of audits with close coordination with relevant stakeholders to reinforce financial

integrity and regulatory adherence.

• Mitigate legal & compliance risks by ensuring adherence to applicable statutory compliances

3. Strong Client Management

• Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, communication and periodic governance
• Foster retention and growth within the assigned portfolio.

4. Effective Team Player

• Strong cross functional collaboration to ensure timely completion of all requirements in order to provide

comprehensive support to clients.

• Provide required support in effective execution of the process improvement and digital transformation

Projects

Required Competencies, Skills, and Experience

- Expertise in IGAAP, Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Company Law & FEMA.

- Proficient in MS Office – Especially Excel & Tally or any other accounting software.

- Confident, Strong communication, Client Handling & Problem-solving capabilities & quick learner.
