Role Summary
Lead client engagements, manage project delivery and teams, drive business development, and oversee the complete engagement lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for engagements.
• Oversee project delivery, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead, mentor, and manage team performance, utilization, and resource planning.
• Drive business development through opportunity identification, proposal preparation, and client pitches.
• Manage the complete Linkreta lifecycle, including:
• Enquiry creation
• Proposal preparation and submission
• Assignment-to-job code conversion
• Engagement setup and governance
• Monitor project budgets, actuals, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Manage team mapping and deployment across assignments.
• Ensure timely billing, revenue realization, and collection of receivables.
• Track project milestones, risks, and overall performance.
• Ensure timely job closure, documentation, and compliance with internal policies.
• Support practice growth through cross-selling, account management, and strategic client initiatives.
