About this role
We're Hiring: Accounting & Data Management Intern
Panipat, Haryana | Full-time Internship | Work from Office
Finovestedge Distribution Private Limited is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distribution firm, led by a Chartered Accountant, serving families, business owners, salaried professionals and NRIs.
We're looking for an Accounting & Data Management Intern who enjoys numbers, clean records and well-organised systems.
What you'll do:
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts in online accounting software — daily entries, bank reconciliation and ledgers
- Help reconcile brokerage/commission received from AMCs against statements
- Prepare GST invoices and support GST and TDS working
- Track receivables, payables and office expenses
- Maintain and update the client master database — family codes, member details, KYC status and documents
- Keep our data systems (Google Sheets, Coda and Google Drive) accurate, organised and up to date
- Clean, de-duplicate and organise historical client data
- Help prepare MIS reports for management (AUM, SIP book, revenue, pending tasks)
- Follow our data privacy and document-handling standards
What we're looking for:
- B.Com / M.Com graduate or final-year student (CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates welcome)
- Freshers welcome — articleship or accounting exposure is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Tally/Busy/Any other Accounting Software, GST and TDS
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning)
- Willingness to learn new tools such as Coda/Google Drive
- Accuracy, discipline and the ability to handle confidential data responsibly
