Accounting Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Review reconciliations and entries prepared by Analysts.
• Post complex journal entries (accruals, amortizations, deferred revenue).
• Support fixed asset accounting including depreciation schedules.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and related journal entries.
• Prepare supporting schedules for trial balance and management reports.
• Track AP/AR aging and highlight overdue balances to clients.
• Conduct variance analysis at a basic level.
• Train and support Analysts in accounting processes and software.
• Ensure compliance with client accounting policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile knowledge on

• Bank Reconsilation
• Payroll
• Understanding of accounting concepts
• Preparation of finalize
• Fund accounting(Governmental fund accounting)
• US Gaap
• Accounting Principles

Software Skills required

• MS Excel & Advance MS Excle (lookups, logical formulas, pivot tables)
• Quick Book
• Sageintacct
• MIP
• Accufund

Education Qualification

• B.Com & M.Com
• BBA & MBA (Finance)
• CA & CMA (Semi Qualified)
