**Position:** Chartered Accountant – Senior Level
**Experience:** 7+ Years
         *Salary :   15 LPA To 25 LPA*
  *Qualification*    Chartered Accountant (CA) – Member of ICAI

**Responsibilities
       A. Financial Accounting & Reporting
•Overall responsibility for accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts.
•Review and supervise accounting entries, ledgers, provisions, accruals and reconciliations.
•Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
•Review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and other financial reports.
•Ensure proper accounting treatment in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards / Ind AS, wherever applicable.
•Analyse financial performance and provide management with meaningful financial insights.
B. Statutory Compliance & Taxation
•Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, TCS and other applicable statutory requirements.
•Review and supervise GST returns, reconciliations and related compliances.
•Monitor income tax assessments, notices and correspondence with tax authorities.
•Coordinate with external tax consultants and advisors wherever required.
•Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and filing of statutory returns.
•Keep management updated regarding changes in applicable tax laws and financial regulations.
C. Audit & Internal Control
•Lead and coordinate statutory, internal, tax and other financial audits.
•Coordinate with auditors and provide required information, schedules and supporting documents.
•Review audit observations and ensure timely closure of audit points.
•Strengthen internal financial controls and identify areas of financial risk.
•Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
•Develop and implement effective accounting control systems.
D. Financial Planning & MIS
•Prepare and review monthly MIS and management reports.
•Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability, working capital and cash flows.
•Assist management in annual budgeting and financial planning.
•Prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
•Provide financial analysis for management decision-making.
•Support management in evaluating new projects, investments and major business decisions
