About this role
Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a B.Com qualification and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting processes, Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and balance sheet preparation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle accounting entries and bookkeeping using Tally.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets.
- Handle GST, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT) compliance and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledger accounts.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Ensure accuracy in financial data and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding accounting and financial matters.
Skills and Qualifications
- B.Com/ BAF/ or any related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good working knowledge of Tally.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT).
- Experience in balance sheet preparation and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Must be comfortable working at the Thane location.
- Must be available for a face-to-face interview.
- Salary will be decided based on the candidate's last drawn salary, experience, skills, and interview performance.
