Savvy HRMS is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage outstanding collections and ensure timely recovery of payments.
• Conduct regular payment follow-ups with clients and vendors.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payment processing.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer account reconciliation.
• Record bookkeeping transactions and pass accurate journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
• Support payroll accounting by maintaining payroll-related financial records.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and account statements.
• Assist during internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and ensure smooth financial operations.
  
  

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in outstanding collection and payment follow-ups.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
• Familiarity with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar finance role.
