KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE & Job Description
GST Compliances: Accurate preparation & timely filing
of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B returns.
Responsible & Organised: Methodical work style with
strict documentation discipline.
TDS Working: Monthly tax deduction calculation,
challans, and reconciliation.
Accurate & Reliable: Keen eye for detail with high
numeric accuracy and precision.
Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise in
Tally Prime / ERP 9, GST Portal & MS Excel.
Effective Communication: Clear, professional verbal
and written coordination with vendors & team.
Bank Reconciliation: Periodic statement matching &
regular BRS preparation.
Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, collaborative, and
proactive approach to daily tasks.
Ledger Reconciliation: Scrutiny and reconciling of
Sundry Debtors & Creditors.
Willingness to Learn: Quick learner, eager to adapt to
operational working and upgrades.
Stock Accounting: Systematic tracking & maintenance
of Manual Stock Registers.
Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in an
energetic, evolving fashion & apparel business.
Experience: Prior practical accounting background
preferred.
