About Us
Apex Venture runs Mum & Mini, a trusted maternity, newborn and kids store in JP Nagar, Bangalore. For over 10 years we have helped parents through every stage, from pregnancy to the growing-up years. We carry pregnancy essentials, newborn products, baby gear, and feeding and diapering items, along with garments, footwear and accessories for mothers and for kids up to 14 years.

What you’ll do

• Maintain the books of accounts accurately and keep them up to date
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and track pending payments
• Maintain the daily cash book and record bank transactions
• Do regular bank reconciliations and resolve any mismatches
• Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received
• Follow up with suppliers on debit notes, credit notes and invoice discrepancies until they’re settled
• Prepare and file GST returns on time
• Calculate, deduct and file TDS, and issue TDS certificates
• Prepare reports and support audits as needed

What we’re looking for

• B.Com or M.Com (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail or trading
• Good knowledge of Tally (or similar accounting software)
• Hands-on experience with GST and TDS filing
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Able to communicate clearly in English with suppliers
• Organised, accurate and trustworthy with financial records
• Willing to work from our JP Nagar warehouse, 11 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday

• Location: Mum & Mini warehouse, JP Nagar, Bangalore
• Type: Full-time, work from office (this is not a work-from-home role; you must come to the warehouse daily)
• Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
