Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and

loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and

compliance with accounting standards.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and

forecasts, monitoring performance against targets and identifying variances.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and receivable

processes, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and collections.

- Cost Management: Analyze costs associated with mining operations, identifying

areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

- Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing

necessary documentation and explanations as required.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial

regulations and industry standards.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making,

including profitability analysis, cash flow management, and investment assessments.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to provide financial

insights and support project management efforts.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering

professional development and a collaborative work environment.

- GST : RCM, Input Tax, Credit , Reconciliation, Annual Return

- TDS & Return.
