Accountant

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Qualification: B.Com

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle the full set of accounts.

- Finalize accounts with minimal supervision (approximately 90% independently).

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

- Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).

- 35 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Hands-on experience in account finalization and Accounts Receivable.

- Good proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
