Maintaining of Accounting Records both Softcopies and Hard Copies for Identification and Traceability.
* Parking Entries in the ERP System for Bank payments done thru Credit cards and Debit Cards
* Doing BRS for all Bank accounts monthly wise.
* Parking Entries in the ERP System for Bank receipts
* Fixed Deposits maintaining the Tracker along with Physical copies and Soft Copies
* Fleet Cards Transactions posting in ERP
* Parking of Petty Cash Transactions in ERP
* Helping in processing of Employee expenses reimbursements
* Parking of Vendor Bills in ERP
* Co- ordination with site employees for Vouchers and Bills
* Helping in processing of Employee expenses reimbursements
* Any other tasks as assigned by Management
