Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Maintain financial records and transactions in Tally.
• Prepare and file GST returns, Income Tax Returns (ITR), and TDS payments and filings.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Handle home loan accounting, documentation, and related processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain audit-related documents.
• Ensure statutory compliance and accurate financial records for real estate transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, ITR, TDS, taxation, and home loan processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
