We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Back Office Associate to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, billing and invoicing, maintaining financial records, coordinating on payments, and supporting statutory compliance.

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and raise invoices and bills for clients.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding invoices and pending payments.
- Track receivables and support timely collection of outstanding amounts.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and maintain bank-related records and statements.
- Record and verify financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial and statutory records.
- Prepare regular reports, MIS, and other financial statements as required.
- Assist with GST and TDS compliance and filing activities.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, banks, and external stakeholders as required.
- Assist the accounts team in improving and implementing accounting processes.
Requirements Requirements- 0-2 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or a related role.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting or a related field .
- Minimum 70% aggregate marks throughout academics.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
