Accountant

We are hiring a dynamic, detail oriented, Full time Accountant for our Office at R-Square Mulund. The ideal candidate will handle end to end accounting tasks, maintain financial records, manage billing and assist in routine statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and issue invoices in Tally accurately and in a timely manner

Receivables Management: Actively follow up with clients for outstanding receivables and payment tracking.

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Handle day to day accounting entries, voucher postings, and ledger maintenance.

Payables & Banking: Manage Accounts Payable and perform regular bank reconciliations.

Taxation & Compliance: Assist in GST computation, return filing preparation, and TDS calculations.

Documentation: Maintain clean records, documentation , and support periodic audit/compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B COM or relevant Commerce Graduate Degree

Experience: 1 to 3 years hands on working experience in core accounting and billing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and basic knowledge of GST & TDS.

Soft Skills: Strong communication and Polite follow up skills for client coordination.

Location Preference: Candidates residing near or around Mulund/Central Suburbs will be preferred.
