Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced accountant. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting practices, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and exposure to IPO documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger entries, reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
• Work on IPO documentation and related financial paperwork.
• Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
• Coordinate with internal departments for budgeting, audits, and compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports and statutory filings.

Requirements:

• Education: Inter CA or B.Com or M.Com
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and advanced Excel
• Exposure to IPO processes/documentation preferred
• Average communication skills ability to coordinate effectively with teams.
