Role & responsibilities
- Checking invoices received on mails and send for processing
- Scanning of physically received invoices and send for processing
- Assisting in invoice posting (bill booking) in the SAP system.
- Organize documents properly which are received on mail or physically.
- Support during Audits
- May assist with other tasks as and when required
- SAP is mandatory
