About this role
Accountant | The Klassic Store, Pune
Keep our numbers accurate, current and in control.
The Klassic Store supplies premium event fabrics and stitched decor products to decorators, wedding planners, venues and mandap companies across India .
THE ROLE
You own the company's accounts, receivables and collections.
- Maintain Tally, daily sales, purchases, receipts and payments
- Raise GST invoices for every dispatch the same day
- Track receivables
- Post daily sale reports to google sheets
- Manage supplier payables and payment schedules
- Handle bank reconciliation and daily cash/bank position
- Prepare GST records with and coordinate our CA
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3-5 years of hands-on accounting in TallyPrime
- Practical GST experience (invoicing and returns)
- Team Work Capability
- B.Com / Graduate or Equivalent
