Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements using Quick Books software.
  
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month end closing processes.
  
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and fixed asset accounting.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in accordance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or UK GAAP (depending on location).
  
• Assist with audit preparation by gathering necessary documents and providing support during the auditing process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
  
• Proficiency in Quick Books software for US/UK accounting systems.
  
• Strong understanding of US GAAP/UK GAAP principles.
  
• Experience with monthly close procedures including bank reconciliations.
