  3. Location: Anna Salai, Chennai (On-site)
  5. Salary: Up to 38,000 / month

  8. Must-Have Skills & Requirements
  9. Strictly 4+ years experience in a Construction / Real Estate firm.
  10. Accounts Payable (AP): Subcontractor bill processing, vendor payouts, and site expense verification.
  11. Accounts Receivable (AR): Client billing, RA bill tracking, and payment collection follow-ups.
  12. GST & Taxation: GST calculation/filing for construction contracts, TDS (194C / 194I), and E-way bills.
  13. Software: Hands-on experience in Tally Prime & MS Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot).
  15. Key Responsibilities
  16. Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable for ongoing projects.
  17. Process subcontractor billings, site contractor bills, and retainage.
  18. Manage monthly GST filings, TDS compliance, and bank reconciliations.
  19. Maintain basic project job costing and site expense logs.
